Account information

Creating an account requires an email address and a name; sign-in is available with email and password or Google. If you sign in with Google, Google handles the authentication and shares basic profile information with us under Google's own terms and privacy policy.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We store order records (such as the plan, amount, status, and the email used for payment) so your credits, invoices, and support requests can be handled. Card details are entered directly into Stripe and are not stored by VideoDance.

Generation activity

To provide your history and reserved-credit refunds, we store the prompts, model, and status of the tasks you start, plus your credit transactions (grants and usage). Generations are executed by third-party AI model providers on our behalf.

How your information is used

We use this information to operate your account, grant and track credits, fulfil orders, provide support, and protect against abuse. Information is kept while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and keep records of purchases. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can sign out from any page, and cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page or by contacting support@videodance.co. For questions or deletion requests about your data, email support@videodance.co.
