Accounts

You need an account to generate videos or images. Accounts are created with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Credits and plans

Generation is paid for with credits. Subscription plans grant a fixed number of credits per month. Monthly plans grant credits every month; annual plans grant the same monthly amount each month of the subscription year. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Credits for a generation are reserved when the task starts and returned automatically if the task fails or is cancelled.

Payments, renewal, and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can manage or cancel through the billing portal linked from your Account page where available, or by contacting support@videodance.co. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. See the Refund Policy for how to request one.

Generated content

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use the generated output. Do not use the service to create content that violates applicable law or the rights of others, including intellectual-property and privacy rights. Generation is performed by third-party AI models; output may be inaccurate or vary between runs, and we do not guarantee that a specific result can be reproduced.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and to return reserved credits when tasks fail, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features and supported models may change over time.
